District Information
Program Participation Information for Schools
As a virtual school program of service we work to serve Oregon school districts. We believe the best model for online learning is one where local districts and school are an integral part of the student experience and connection.
These are Your Students, Your Enrollment, Your ADM, Your IMVLA

Enrollment is completed by your assigned district Liaison or assigned enrollment staff.
Parents and families looking to enroll must work with your district and school to attend with IMVLA.

There are a few documents and agreements required to participate with IMVLA
- Schools must fill out the School Registration Form (districts shall do this for each participating school in their district)
- Completed and signed Intergovernmental Agreement between IMVLA and the District
- Participation/Viewing of all Openhouse and Participatory Trainings with IMVLA
- An assigned District/School Liaison (dependant on numbers of students particpating) – with at least 15 hrs. per week dedicated to online student support/school lab access.

Schools of participating Districts must register to support clear and clean communication.
School registration supports:
- Communication of intent to participate in IMVLA
-Contact information to support the IGA participation process
-Contact information for key program supports and processes
All participating schools must fill out the District/School Registration Form
